Received a call from ShopRite (on a Sunday, at 1pm) asking me if they could ask me some questions – customer satisfaction type stuff. I asked how long it’d take – 15 minutes, she said! Are they nuts? I’d have given you 5 minutes but let’s say I value my time at $100 an hour. You’re asking me to give you $25 worth of my time? No way.
