I’ve gotten offers like this in the past where the person wants you to get a domain name appraisal from so-and-so (it’s a scam). But this one moved forward, using Escrow.com as an intermediary. Yes, they are expensive, but it’s assurance for both buyer and seller.

After a little negotiation, I pushed the domain to the buyer at GoDaddy and the check’s in the mail! Nice. That’s another reason I need to update my Projects page.
